Cancelation Policy

• Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid service or voucher.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings.
• If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the duration of your treatment to avoid inconveniencing the next client.
• Le Visage Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend or update the cancellation policy at any time, and the updated policy will be posted on our website.

Loyalty Rewards

You can earn your way to a free facial treatment when you purchase products from us. For every $1 you spend you earn 1 loyalty point. When you earn 900 loyalty points you can redeem points for a Facial treatment. These facials are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not able to be exchanged for product or cash. Pricing

Our website displays prices in New Zealand dollars, which include the Goods and Services Tax (GST). We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. However, should a pricing error occur on our website, we cannot honor the incorrect price, and we retain the right to cancel any orders made through our online store. Please note that accessories featured in photographs are not included in the listed price. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

We reserve the right to change our online and in clinic treatment prices at any time without notice.

Promotions and Special Offers

Promotions and Special Offers are available to Le Visage Skin Clinic clients unless stated otherwise. Discounts are applied to regular prices and can't be combined with other offers. Some promotions may require a minimum purchase or a specific number of products, as explained in the promotion details. We may run promotions for a limited time and can end them at any time without notice. Free gifts can't be exchanged for cash, resold, or returned unless they are faulty, in which case we'll replace them. Our decisions on promotions are final.
